EasyRegister
EasyRegister is the EasyAcademy suite module for lecturers’ self-certification of class attendance.
When the number of lessons scheduled during the day is considerable, verifying that they have taken place becomes a highly complex task to manage.
For this reason, many universities choose to delegate the confirmation of lesson delivery to lecturers themselves through a self-certification process, either during or after the lesson.
- Self-certification of your lessons
Thanks to its native integration with the EasyRoom module, EasyRegister displays all the stored lessons for which the lecturer is responsible, allowing them to indicate, for past lessons, whether the lecture was delivered, whether the lecturer was replaced by a colleague, or whether the activity did not take place and why.
In case of changes to future lesson schedules, EasyRegister automatically synchronises with the EasyRoom module, ensuring that lecturers always see the most up-to-date information. - Reporting
Once the self-certification process is complete, both the lecturer and the department administrator can download useful reports showing attendance statistics.
