Web Agenda for students and lecturers

The Web Agenda for students and lecturers is a module of the EasyAcademy suite that allows the online consultation of the suite modules’ public content.

The Web Agenda for students and lecturers is the result of a communication work carried out thanks to the collaboration with numerous universities and to date represents a consolidated tool allowing students and lecturers to easily find the information they are interested in; thanks to its “responsive” characteristic, the search in the Web Agenda for the information needed is particularly simple even when accessed with smartphones and tablets.

  • Timetables, calendars and classrooms at your fingertips

    Students and lecturers can consult online lessons and exam schedules (by course / year / curriculum, by lecturer and by single subject), and graduation sessions (with the students assigned to each sessions and the lecturers’ commissions) and the available classrooms at University departments, allowing students to easily understand which rooms are available to use to study.

  • Export to smartphones and personal devices

    It is possible to export the displayed engagements, from every page of the Agenda, to smartphones’ calendar, a feature especially useful as it allows lecturers to record lesson plans in their personal planner and relate them to other academic and personal commitments.

  • Direct access to the Web Agenda

    Thanks to the URL configuration of each page of the online Agenda, it is possible from the University website to redirect students to the specific page of the web planner for students and lecturers (for example, from the University website page of a specific course it is possible to redirect students to that course schedule); it is also possible to create a QR Code for each classroom, to be posted at the entrance of the classroom, which will redirect to the web page of the students and lecturers’ planner with the daily availability of that classroom.
